Innsbrook Next: Creating an Urban Community September 18, 2012

The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) is back from summer hiatus and will host its next breakfast meeting on Tuesday, September 18 at 7:30 a.m. at the Country Club of Virginia (6031 St. Andrews Lane). Paul Kreckman (Highwoods Properties, Inc) and Sidney Gunst, Jr. (Innsbrook Associates, LLC) will be on hand to present a short history of recent trends toward a more urban form of development at Innsbrook and a look at future possibilities. The discussion will hit on current land use trends, zoning and an overall development timeline. Registration is $45 non-members, $25 for members. Registrants after 10/13 will incur an $8 late fee.
