Innovation Games® for Customer Understanding: Boston, MA April 12, 2011

Luke Hohmann will be teaching a special 2-day Innovation Games(r) class before the Agile Games 2011 Conference in Boston, MA on April 12-13. The price for the class is $1195, but Agile Games 2011 attendees get an additional $200 off the registration price.

The class covers the same techniques used by Cisco, Emerson Climate Technologies, Qualcomm, Reed Elsevier, the Scrum Alliance, the APLN and more to create breakthrough products and services. This highly interactive course will teach you how to use Innovation Games with your customers to gain a more complete and comprehensive understanding of what they really want.

We'll cover both in-person and online games, including our new "Instant Play" feature (as seen on Tastycupcakes.com). The class also includes details on our iPad game Knowsy, along with modules on facilitation and presentation skills.
