Indie-Folk Duo Oh Foot at Mosgo's, Arcata: June 15th June 15, 2009

Indie-Folk duo Oh Foot kicks off nationwide tour at Mosgo's, Arcata: Monday evening, June 15th at 7pm

ARCATA-Oh Foot, a musical collaboration consisting of Zac Bauman and Maddy Shernock, will begin their tour of the United States with a show at Mosgo's at 7p.m. on June 15. This performance will be the first of twenty scheduled for the tour, which stretches from Arcata to the Great Lakes.
Bauman and Shernock, both raised in Arcata, began Oh Foot in the summer of 2008. Since moving to Davis, CA to attend school, the two have played alongside such bands as The Cave Singers (of Matador Records) and Desolation Wilderness (of K Records), and have expanded their instrumentation to include electric organs, trumpet, and flute, in addition to banjo, ukulele, guitars, and various toy instruments. Fans of soulful and nostalgic musical storytelling are encouraged to attend.
Mosgo's is located at 180 Westwood Center, off Alliance Road in Arcata. Admission to the show is free, but donations for their tour will gladly be accepted and merchandise will be available for purchase. All ages are welcome to attend this event.
