The custom built home is a traditional ranch valuing at close to $3.5 Million with 13,000 square feet and an almost 2 acre lot. This year’s home was built by Indy construction businesses and vendor donations in the exclusive Carmel community, Laurel Ridge.
NiteLites of Indianapolis Outdoor Lighting specializes in energy-efficient landscape lighting systems. For the 2012 Dream Home they focused on energy efficiency and architectural design. The entire landscape lighting system was installed with the latest LED technology highlighting the trees and home. The pool and deck area of the home also incorporates NiteLites copper and brass fixtures.
