The World-Champion Philadelphia Dragon Boat Association is hosting their third annual amateur regatta on the Schuylkill River race course. Spectators are welcome to watch teachers, lawyers, doctors, tradesmen, firefighters and cops compete for medals and support the Philly P.A.L.
