MAKE YOUR OWN INCENSE AND BRING SOME HOME

Incense has been used for thousands of years to create a spiritual environment and to enhance meditation.

These days, you can buy incense at the corner store — but have you ever considered how it was made and what was in it?

In this interactive workshop, you'll learn to make your own incense by hand, using only the purest natural and traditional ingredients.

YOU WILL DISCOVER

* some history behind incense making
* what types of ingredients are needed
* the particular aromas and qualities of each ingredient
* how to combine them to create your own personal aroma

Then try out your skills by selecting a combination of ingredients and mixing them by hand to create your own incense to take home with you.

We'll also discuss how you can use incense to create a spiritual environment in your own home, and we'll try a meditation together to experience its effects.
