The Emancipation Proclamation--Get an inside look at the dramatic Cabinet meeting when President Lincoln first shared his intentions to issue the Emancipation Proclamation and discover how it forever changed the course of human history. Members of the Elgin community will reveal little-known aspects of Lincoln's life via readings, discussions and performances.
