Talented artists and CEOs alike turn toward improvisational classes to polish, or rather un-polish, their creativity. Letting go of stifling inhibitions and learning to be more in the moment can lead to more effective communication both in the workplace and at home. I will guide you through hilarious and energizing improv and acting exercises that will allow you to think on your feet and tap into you hidden creativity (believe me, it’s there!). Your listening and presentational skills will soar, while we laugh and emote in a comfortable, safe, and accepting environment.

Sessions: Six, 90-minute sessions
When: Mondays, January 26; February 2, 9, 23; March 2 & 9
