The Koret Taube Center for Jewish Peoplehood at the Osher Marin JCC, in association with the Jewish Community Relations Council and The Israel Center, presents Improving Israel's Media Image: A Radical Approach with Aryeh Green, Director of MediaCentral. This audio-visual presentation and lecture will ask the question "Does Israel get a fair shake in the media?" as Green presents evidence of how the worldwide press depicts the nation. Participants will learn methods to promote accuracy and fairness in journalism and hear about a radically different-and-successful approach of embracing reporters rather than attacking them. Guests from all backgrounds are invited to attend.
