Image Transfer Intensive November 16, 2008

In this popular full-day experimental class, explore nontoxic image transfer techniques using household, craft and artist-grade supplies. Learn to prepare toner photocopies and inkjet prints of photos, text or drawings and incorporate them into creative, personalized artwork. Collage artist & image transfer expert Angela Silva will cover selecting images, preparing & painting surfaces, transferring & layering images, sealing and varnishing. Also learn to enhance your artwork, collages, altered books, art journals and handmade books with personal imagery – great class for artists! Some art or paper crafting experience is helpful, but not necessary. Please bring a brown bag lunch (or lunch $) and check our website or call ahead for the list of what to bring.
