In 2009, Illinois has faced widespread budget woes, out-of-control spending sprees, and rumblings of tax hikes. Our neighbor Indiana, meanwhile, boasts healthy budgets and a business-friendly climate. What’s the difference…and what can we do about it?

On Friday, October 2, join the Illinois Policy Institute as we host Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels for a lunch, talk, and Q & A regarding the policy successes of Indiana—and what Illinois can learn from these successes.

Date: Friday, October 2

Time: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (registration and reception begins at 11:30; luncheon begins at 12:00)

Place: 190 South LaSalle, 40th Floor, Chicago

Cost: Individual tickets are $50; table sponsorships are $1000; event sponsorships are $5000 (contact us for more information)
