Brainstorming fosters collaboration, creativity and teamwork in problem-solving. It's a valuable tool for helping your clients, and can also benefit the health, vitality and longevity of your own practice.
This program gives you hands-on experience leading and participating in brainstorming sessions: large, small and even solitary. We will engage in large group, table and paired brainstorming on different topics of relevance to consultants, recording our ideas on flip charts and debriefing after each activity. We'll discuss the roles of setting, environment, momentum, and more in successful idea-generation. Each session will be facilitated, fast-paced and fun.
As a result of participating in this program you will:
* Get hands-on experience facilitating and participating in brainstorm sessions to ideate and problem-solve topics of your own choosing.
* Learn different venues and formats for using brainstorming and "yes, and..." thinking to help clients solve problems.
* Develop skill and confidence in designing your own brainstorming sessions as you create an appropriate environment, articulate ground rules, establish themes and more.
