IDB Cine Club features "Mon Oncle Antoine" (1971), 35mm October 8, 2009

"Mon Oncle Antoine" was directed by Claude Jutra and was a National Film Board of Canada French language drama movie in 1971. The celebrated film offers a glimpse of life in Québec's Asbestos region before the historic strike that occurred there in the 1940s.
