Ice Harvesting January 26, 2008

Visitors can help farmers cut, chop and shave ice, fill an ice house and make ice cream. Conditions permitting, visitors can join the harvest crew on a frozen pond to take turns using an "ice saw." In addition, a children's craft program, 'Ice Candles,' will be offered.
