Ice Cream Run 2008 September 14, 2008

On Sunday, September 14th, 2008, EventbyE.com will host its third annual Ice Cream Run, a fun and tasty, ice cream scavenger hunt to help raise funds for children in New York City. Participants will visit some of Manhattan’s finest ice cream and gelato parlors in a single afternoon to win prizes, and enjoy frosty treats. The Run benefits Children for Children, a not-for-profit organization that fosters community involvement and social responsibility in young people. During the scavenger hunt, teams will navigate through Manhattan using a map marked with 13 ice cream parlors. Their goal is to visit as many spots as possible in a two-hour time frame and make it to the finish line before time runs out.
