Presentation by Jean Shrem, principal of Shrem Law Group earned her J.D. Degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997. During the dot com era, Jean worked as in-house corporate counsel for software and technology companies for the first 4 years of her career. Jean started Shrem Law Group in 2001.

Her twelve years of experience includes helping companies of all sizes to ensure their businesses are legally protected while their profits were maximized. She’s conversant with licensing software and technology, protecting intellectual property, and ensuring legal compliance.

Registration and networking starts at 6:00 pm, with dinner at 7:00 pm and presentation after. Admission is $35 to cover the cost of the meal.
