Lokayata Mulk Raj Anand Centre hosts 'I Rode to a Heaven Called Ladakh', an exhibition of photographs of Ladakh by Shamim Akhtar, where the photographer has tried his hand at Infra red photography, without resorting to any digital manipulation and secondly his huge panoramic photographs are not just eye soothers but technical marvels and the most important part, since the entire trip to Ladakh from Delhi was done on a time-scale the photographs too have been displayed as in the order of time and date.
