Hypertufa Workshop - Again! February 19, 2011

Old stone sinks and animal troughs have been used to grow plants for many years. Today, they are scarce and very expensive. But now, we can make them from hypertufa, an artificial medium with absorbent properties similar to tufa rock that is lighter than regular concrete. You will be making a hypertufa planting pot! Wear comfortable clothes, a hat and bring water. Be prepared to have fun and get dirty! Pre-registration required. To register for classes call 626-821-4623.
