HYH Rise Awards is Accepting Nominations February 2, 2011

Have Ya Heard (HYH) Rise Awards is a virtual event celebrating and giving recognition to those making a difference in the special needs community. It will be held online March 21! Nominations starts Jan. 31 - Feb. 11. Public voting begins on Feb. 14.

The HYH Rise (virtual) Awards gives recognition to individuals and organizations that are making an impact in the special needs community through media and entertainment works. HYH Rise Awards encourages and celebrates inclusion and awareness through websites, magazines, sports, media, art, film, and books. Each year, we will honor various disability self-advocates, this year we are honoring self-advocates with Down syndrome through �The Rise Award.� The awards are open to the public and there is no cost to participate.
