Hyatt Regency New Year's Eve Celebration December 31, 2009

Spanning three floors and featuring two live bands, a D.J., party favors and the famous 50,000-balloon cascade at midnight, Houston's ;argest New year's Eve Celebration takes place at the all-new Hyatt Regency Houston, 1200 Louisiana Street, in downtown on Thursday, December 31 from 7 pm - 1 am.

General admission tickets go on sale December 7 and can be purchased at the hotel's Front Desk for $79 or $89 on December 31. Each ticket includes four drink coupons, party favors, Latin bets from Mary's Band, a mix of rock, funk and country by The Argyles and DJ 33 1/3 spinning party hits the lobby. The countdown to midnight will once again culminate with Hyatt's famous 50,000 balloon cascade from the top of the hotel's 33-floor atrium lobby.

For those who want to stay the night at the recently transformed downtown hotel, New year's Eve Celebration Packages start at $299 per couple.
