Human Calculator visits the Western Idaho Fair Presented by Qwest August 17, 2007

Qwest has teamed up with Scott Flansburg, Guinness World Record holder for “Fastest Human Calculator,” to round up some excitement for the power of numbers. Scott’s mission is to help kids overcome their math hurdles, improve basic skills and get excited about math. His amazing demonstrations will include:
• Racing a calculator and winning!
• Calculating the day of the week participants were born in
seconds!
• Sharing incredible math secrets, like the mystery surrounding the number nine.
