HSC Preparation: English - Standard (Part 2) Course/Class April 16, 2011

This course covers Standard HSC English Module A, Experience Through Language. It will help you develop a clear understanding of what the Syllabus requires you to do in this Module, and will assist you in developing the appropriate skills to maximise your potential. By looking closely at a wide range of texts, you will consider how the interpretation of a text may be affected by such aspects as context, medium, relationship with other texts, audience and purpose. You will develop your ability to observe and comment on forms, features and structures of language in order to show clearly how they create meaning. There will be opportunity to discuss your prescribed texts and a wide variety of related texts will be considered.
