HSC Legal Studies Course (Part 1) January 20, 2013

This course will revise the content in Core Part I Crime using the syllabus principal focus and the six themes and challenges for this part of the HSC Legal Studies course. Students will be given guidance on how to relate the themes and challenges to each aspect of the Crime topic. Specific attention will be given to developing evaluative and analytical thinking skills in relation to criminal law which are essential for students who want to achieve high results (Band 6 responses) in Legal Studies.
