This course will review the major elements of HSC Topic 4 Human Resources by highlighting the expanding role Human Resources Management has had in business and its interdependence with other business functions. This topic includes the study of the legal framework HR managers work within and other broader employment relations issues. Recent cases of industrial disputes and methods of resolution are also covered. This course will then concentrate for an extensive period on improving exam technique in the Multiple Choice, Short Answers, Business Report and Extended Responses using case studies through the HSC Business Studies topics 1, 2, 3 and 4.
