This session will discuss which employee-provided benefits are mandatory and which are voluntary. Options for employers looking to be competitive in recruiting will be discussed. A brief overview of medical benefits including HMO or PPO, Health Savings Plans, Health Savings Accounts, 401Ks, and the concept of mandatory universal health care will be summarized.
