About the Presenter
Steve McElfresh, Ph.D., SPHR, is founder and principal of HR Futures(R). He was a charter member of SHRM's Special Expertise Panel for Human Capital Measurement and HR Metrics, and is past president of the Bay Area HR Executives Council. Dr. McElfresh was President and CEO of Saratoga Institute and the VP of HR for SRI International.
