About the Presenters
Holly Sutton is a partner in Farella Braun + Martel's Employment Practice Group. She provides ongoing counseling to clients on a wide range of employment matters, including employment contracts, severance packages, employee dismissals, non-competition/trade secret laws, and workplace policies.
Diego Acevedo is an associate in Farella Braun + Martel's Business Litigation Department. He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on Employment Law. In his employment practice, Mr. Acevedo has represented employers in state and federal court, and before state and local agencies in discrimination, sexual harassment, disability accommodation, trade secret disputes, and the federal WARN act.
