About the Presenters
Holly Sutton is a partner in Farella Braun + Martel's Employment Practice Group. She provides ongoing counseling to clients on a wide range of employment matters, including employment contracts, severance packages, employee dismissals, non-competition/trade secret laws, and workplace policies.

Diego Acevedo is an associate in Farella Braun + Martel's Business Litigation Department. He maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on Employment Law.
