About the Presenter
Dana Peterson is a partner in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. As a member of the Labor and Employment Department and Northern California group-leader of the California Workplace Solutions practice group, her practice focuses on workplace counseling, training, and litigation prevention. She has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, and is regularly retained to perform customized audits including first a comprehensive review of workplace policies and practices to identify and quantify areas of potential risk, followed by collaboratively working with employers to minimize identified risks by ensuring that policies and practices are legally compliant, and creating and implementing effective training.
