Liliana Gil is the Director of Worldwide Marketing Services at Johnson & Johnson. Ms. Gil's career has provided her a platform to influence the marketplace in the creation of innovative strategic relationships with agencies, communities and corporations alike. She is recognized for her passion and leadership in support of Multicultural Marketing and the Hispanic Community in the U.S. One of her most significant accomplishments was the creation and leadership of "Proyecto MAS2." In addition, she is the founder of groups such as MAHO Designs, Acento Group, and HOLA.

In 2008 PODER Magazine listed her as one of the "Top 20 Leaders Under 40" and was also presented the "Business Woman of the Year Award" by the 2008 National Latin Pride Awards.
