Tom Liggett, founder of the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden, has developed a suite of propagation modalities called the Liggett method, which he uses on varying plant species and under a variety of growing conditions. In this special Rose Grafting Workshop, Tom will share the concepts behind his methods, particularly as they relate to Roses.
