On the second Tuesday of every month, Denver Botanic Gardens is pleased to present a monthly cooking demo and dinner at Le Central featuring the harvest of aromatic herbs from Denver Botanic Gardens. You will learn the art of using these essences: (part intuition, part careful experimentation in choosing, apportioning, and blending them with a thorough understanding of their intrinsic values), followed by a three course meal featuring the dishes from the demo and accompanied by a booklet recipes. $38 member, $43 non-member, includes dinner, tax, tip and a small donation to Denver Botanic Gardens. Does not include wine or dessert.
