How Sweet the Sound October 10, 2008

Expanding upon last year's successful 'How Sweet The Sound' event in Memphis, Verizon Wireless is giving choirs in 11 cities a chance to compete in the national grand finale for a cash prize of up to $50,000 and the title of the best church choir in America. GRAMMY(R)-winning songwriter, producer arranger and music director, Donald Lawrence, will be the tour emcee at each of the 11 cities and the finale. Marvin Sapp, Hezekiah Walker and other gospel artists will join the competition as judges.
