Tomoko Oka, Director of Corporate Marketing (CMG) at Microsoft K.K. talk about how "Microsoft Grows A 'People Ready Business' in Japan". Ms. Oka has a background in strategic consulting and product marketing in the telecommunications industry, and has been Director of Corporate Marketing at Microsoft Japan since September 2005. A graduate of Waseda University, she received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1999.
