LIZZ WINSTEAD (www.lizzwinstead.com) is the co-creator and former head writer of THE DAILY SHOW and co-founder of AIR AMERICA RADIO. Recently, Lizz wrote and produced an independent pilot of her Off-Broadway hit, WAKE UP WORLD, a scathing satire about Morning chat shows that Rachel Maddow called, "The funniest thing I have seen in years." Known as one of the top political satirists in America, her talents as a comedian and media visionary have been recognized by The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Entertainment Weekly's most Creative People issue. She is currently touring the country, doing weekly segments on The Joy Behar Show and MSNBC's The Ed Show, and working on a book of essays for Riverhead Press.

JON FRIEDMAN is a writer, comedian and producer who won two Creative Arts Emmy’s as an original blogger for LATE NIGHT WITH JIMMY FALLON. He is the creator/producer and host of the popular variety show, THE REJECTION SHOW, and has created, produced, and/or hosted many other unique live events, including The NYC BEARD AND MOUSTACHE CHAMPIONSHIPS, the ECNY AWARDS and THE DELICIOUS SANDWICH SOCIAL. Jon’s first book, the award winning REJECTED: TALES OF THE FAILED, DUMPED & CANCELED, a humor anthology of rejected works, was released in 2009 with Villard (Random House). He performs regularly at stand-up comedy venues and at literary events throughout New York City and beyond. DIANA SPECHLER is the author of the novels WHO BY FIRE (Harper Perennial, 2008) and SKINNY (Harper Perennial, 2011). She has written for The New York Times, GQ, O Magazine, Esquire, Self, Details, The Wall Street Journal online and elsewhere. She teaches writing in New York City and for Stanford University's Online Writing School.

BEN LILLIE is a high-energy particle physicist who left the ivory tower for the wilds of New York's theater district. He is co-founder and director of THE STORY COLLIDER (www.storycollider.org), where people are invited to share their stories of how science has affected their lives. He is also a MOTH STORYSLAM champion, writes for TED.COM, and likes to say that life is different now, largely because it is.
