MEET THE MATCHMAKER as she throws a SINGLES "Hot in the Kitchen" Cooking Class and plays "MatchMaker" to the singles needing a little nudge in meeting someone special.
Urban Chef offers hands-on cooking classes designed to hone your culinary skills and give you an in-depth understanding of ingredients and cooking methods so that you can cook confidently with and for others. We offer a variety of classes for every level including knife skills workshops, kids classes, singles nights, date nights private and group classes and team building. All of our evening classes include a family-style meal; you are welcome to bring a bottle of wine.

All of our classes are entirely hands-on and we offer a wide range of cuisines and levels to help you become more comfortable in the kitchen and to expand your culinary knowledge!
We offer knife skills workshops for beginners and pros.

Couple of examples of the types of cooking classes we will offer:

Learn about steaks and working with shellfish as you prepare this elegant menu including crab cakes, pear and caramelized walnut salad, New York Strip steaks with shrimp and bacon skewers, duchesse potatoes and liquid center chocolate cakes.This class will also focus on timing your meal and presentation.

OR

Prepare a delicious seafood and chicken paella along with several tapas such as a traditional tortilla Espanola, Ajillo Mushrooms and riced stuffed peppers. We will conclude with a traditional Crema Catalana for dessert. Bring your own wine!
LIMITED ROOM. ONLY 48 singles in each class which will make it easier to get to know the other SINGLES in the class.
Cost covers class, mixer and dinner.
