Houston County Fair 2007 September 19, 2007

Houston County is planning its first County Fair in more than 40 years. The anticipated venue will be downtown along the Betsy Ligon Park & Walking Trail in Erin, TN. Map it

This is a first time event and plans are still underway. We have a Carnival scheduled for the three day event along with plans for children’s activities and contests, old fashion exhibits, cultural art exhibits and judging, agricultural exhibits and judging and hopefully a few rodeo type events will fall into place.

We would like to invite you to come join us in this new pursuit. We would like to set up craft and vendor booths along the Walking Trail and throughout the other exhibits and events. We hope you can join us for all three days or if not, plan for an all-day Saturday event.

As some of you have noticed this site is continuously being updated to reflect the progress of the Fair. Please check back often for more information to come.
