Wallace He has written extensively on global trends in advancing technology toward what he calls a world of “diginomics” (digital economics). He has founded the National Space & Technology Association (NSTA) as an umbrella organization for both the technology industry and the general public.

The title of Wallace's presentation is "DIGINOMICS: Emergence of a Totally Digital Economy."
