Household Items and Other Treasures to Highlight Community Garage Sale at Vistancia and Blackstone Country Club April 16, 2011

Valley bargain hunters will find household items and undiscovered treasure at a community-wide garage sale from 7 a.m.-noon April 16 at Vistancia and the gated community of Blackstone Country Club within Vistancia.
The event, sponsored by the Vistancia Village Homeowners Association, will be held at the north Peoria community located northwest of Lake Pleasant Road and Happy Valley Parkway.
Detailed maps listing participating homes will be available from 7-11 a.m. at Walgreens on the northeast corner of El Mirage Road and Vistancia Boulevard at the entrance to the community.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the West Valley will be on-site from noon-2 p.m. in the Mountain Vista Club parking lot to accept donations of both large and small items.
At last year's garage sale, Vistancia donated more than 15,000 pounds of goods to the charity.
To reach Vistancia, turn west on Happy Valley Road from Lake Pleasant Parkway (99th Avenue); or west on Vistancia Parkway from Loop 303. Follow into the community.
