Household Chemical Collection In Allegheny County October 1, 2011

Safely dispose of common household chemicals, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Resources Council and partners , on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011 for $2.00 gallon, form 9 am to 1 pm at South Park Wave Pool parking lot in Allegheny County. ACCEPTABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: paint products, aerosol cans, auto fluids, batteries, chemistry sets, CFLs, gasoline and kerosene, household cleaners, mercury, pesticides/herbicides, photo and pool chemicals.
