Hotel Congress Hosts 3rd Annual Night Of New Orleans May 30, 2009

Hotel Congress hosts the 3rd annual "Night of New Orleans, a night of Cajun music and food featuring Tucson only official crawfish boil! This event will benefit Opening Minds Through The Arts (OMA), Tucson's nationally recognized student achievement and school improvement program.
The music will start early and go late and Cajun style cuisine will be served until it runs out. Highlighting the event are some of Tucson finest musicians and performers as well as Tucson only “official” Crawfish Boil - 300 lbs of live crawfish being flown in specifically for the event.
