Hot-Air Balloons of Handmade Paper December 25, 2006

Some of the earliest hot-air balloons were made of paper. This uplifting exhibition of artist-made balloons is presented in conjunction with Hand Papermaking, a local non-profit dedicated to advancing traditional and contemporary ideas in the art of handmade paper. Historical information and artifacts accompany the exhibit.
