We live in the Crown Center area and were awakened this morning at 7 by what sounded like the ravings of a military dictator. We called Security to see if there had been a coup.
We were told it is the Hospital Hill Run,
We are used to all kinds of noise from events down here. But this is off the charts. Entire festivals do not make as much noise as this one insanely amplified shouting bark. What can be the reason for such decibel levels.
Doesn't someone think about others in planning the run? This heedless quality of life offense seems oddly wrong in a charity event..
