Hospice Volunteer Orientation February 4, 2009

If you're interested in learning more about being a hospice volunteer, this basic four-hour training program is your starting point! After attending this training, you'll have a better understanding of hospice care and The Hospice's role in the community, as well as the wide variety of volunteer opportunities available.
Volunteers must complete Hospice Volunteer Orientation before attending the specialized training programs listed below.
Patient & Family Support Training : February 11th – March 4th from 9:30am – 1pm
February 4th, 11th, 18th , 25th and March 4th from 9:30am – 1:30pm
If you'd like to work directly with hospice patients and their families providing support and companionship, this training will help you feel confident and well-prepared for that role.
