This FREE Hormones and Health Workshop will be led by Judy Lane, NP, PMCM's Director of Women's Health, Dr. Elson Haas, Dr. Richard Shames, a noted Thyroid specialist with his practice at Preventive Medical Center of Marin (PMCM), and his daughter, Georjana Shames, an acupuncturist who focuses on hormonal issues.
