Ananda Sangha is an NGO based in Gurgaon. It was founded in 1968 by Swami Kriyananda (J Donald Walters), one of the only few living disciples of the great Indian yoga master, Paramhansa Yogananda. Ananda offers complete, practical training programmes and courses in yoga, meditation, the fundamentals of the spiritual path, health, vitality, and much more. All these are for achieving peace of mind and inner happiness based on the teachings of our beloved Guru Paramhansa Yoganandaji.
