4 Week Series 3/6, 3/14, 3/20 and 3/27 from 4-5pm) Hooping is a fun way to tone your entire body and get your cardio workout! Classes are mixed level, so there is no previous experience necessary. If you have experience, I will offer new techniques and ideas to expand your repertoire such as chest, shoulder, or thigh hooping. I can also teach other moves such as isolations or jumps or give you ways to transition between moves. Hoops are supplied for class use and purchase. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear, and bring water.
