Saturdays - February 6, 13, 20, and 27th, 2010 from 5pm-6pm. Hooping just 10 minutes can burn 50-100 calories. Learn the foundational moves of hooping along with some cool tricks in this 4 week series. Hoops will also be available for you to use during class.
