hooperNatural Beginner Flow Series April 3, 2010

4/3, 4/10, 4/17 & 4/24 from 3:10-4:10pm. This workshop is for people who have already taken the Beginner Level 1 Workshop and want to polish their moves. These will be emphasis on dancing with the hoop and making combinations. I will also introduce at least one new move per class to add to your skills. In class you will use an adult size, weighted hoop that makes it easy to learn. Bring water and your own hoop. Hoops will also be available for you to use during class and for purchase. SPACE IS LIMITED so register early to secure your spot.
$60 for entire series pre-registered OR $18/class for drop-in
