Honky-Tonk to Ragtime: Toe Tappin' Tunes November 6, 2010

Join opera singer and educator Jennifer S. Greene for an interactive, family-friendly exploration of musical selections by the great nineteenth-century American composers Stephen Foster and Scott Joplin. In this workshop, children will learn about the development of American folk music and ragtime, hear performances by live artists, and have an opportunity to sing along with musical selections.
