Are you a homeschooling parent looking for new ways to engage your child in science and nature? Or maybe you're simply looking for a few good resources and ideas you can share with your kids? Join us at Habitat as we prove you don't need to be a scientist or biologist to pass along an interest in nature to your family. We'll spend time inside and out, look at some of the equipment we use at Habitat, play a few games that reinforce learned concepts, and discuss the passion for exploration and discovery that are vital parts of scientific learning.
